Ticketing System.
· Provide telephone and in-person support end users, troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving, and
documenting hardware, software, and network related technical issues in CONUS and deployed
enviroments.
· Successfully supervised the creation and resolution of over 400 trouble tickets via the Marine
Forces Reserve Information Management Services Desk utilizing Remedy.
